These scores reflect the AI's assessment of various data points and are not recommendations or predictions.
We owe no fiduciary duty to you. Our provision of the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between us and you. We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or time horizon. Nothing in the Service is tailored to your individual circumstances.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, score, or other content on the Service. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed up to 15 minutes or more. AI-generated analysis is probabilistic in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
Some features of the Service may require a subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to the 6-Layer Framework methodology, scoring algorithms, analysis templates, UI design, and branding, is our proprietary property protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may share individual scorecards via the share feature but may not reproduce the framework methodology or scoring system.
The Service integrates data from third-party providers including Benzinga, Finnhub, Polygon, Alpha Vantage, Federal Reserve (FRED), and Anthropic (Claude AI). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Your use of such data is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EARNINGSSCORES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EarningsScores and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any trading or investment decisions you make; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of New Jersey, United States. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first using the Service by emailing legal@earningsscores.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, these Terms shall survive with respect to Sections 2, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
